I led the most complex pathology crisis in national healthcare history — a lookback of 19,794 patients across multiple states under congressional, media, and OIG scrutiny. The playbook I built was so effective that Congress codified it into law.

Earlier, I led the personnel integration of 3,000 employees across two cabinet-level departments into a single healthcare system — designing the organizational structure, writing the concept of operations, and helping craft legislative language that was codified into the 2010 National Defense Authorization Act and signed by the President into law.
